Ruby Cars specialise in AIRPORT TRANSFERS of customers to and from all major airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City Airport. Upon your arrival one of our drivers will be waiting for you holding a name board, he will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle.

There is a complimentary 45 minute free waiting period along with a bottle of water and a selection of newspapers and magazines to help take the stress out of your journey.

We also arrange transfers to and from the main cruise ports including Dover, Southampton and Harwich.

Price List - From August 2023

Heathrow Airport

Heathrow Airport have introduced a £5.00 drop-off charge. This is applicable to all vehicle which drop off any passengers at any of the four terminals, currently in operation: T2, T3, T4 and T5. This £5.00 drop off charge will be added onto the prices listed below. Please note the following prices are based on a single journey with one collection or drop off in the Reading area. If you need a quote to account for multiple locations or from outside of the Reading area, please contact us.

Standard Car

This vehicle can accommodate up to 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags.

Estate Car

£75.00

This vehicle can accommodate up to 4 passengers with 4 medium suitcases and 4 cabin bags.

6 Seater Minibus

£90.00

This vehicle can accommodate up to 6 passengers all with cabin bags or 4 passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 cabin bags.

8 Seater Minibus

£100.00

This vehicle can accommodate up to 8 passengers with boot capacity to hold a variety of items, including Golf Clubs, and push chairs.

Executive Vehicle

Gatwick Airport

Gatwick Airport have introduced a £5.00 drop-off charge. This is applicable to all vehicle which drop off any passengers at any of the two terminals, currently in operation: North and South.
